Points are collected by registering each sale of LG devices exclusively through this mobile application.

  • How many points does each of the devices bring which I can order?

You can see the list and value of the devices on the application, in the "Store" section.

  • In what period of time can the sale be registered, from the date the sale was made?

The seller can register the sale no later than 30 days after the date of sale on the fiscal receipt.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, you can register each of your sales through the application, and the points will be recorded and visible in your Profile. Points are valid for 180 days.

  • How long do the points I've earned last?

The points you have earned are valid for 180 days, from the moment of entry in "Register a sale".

  • Can I transfer unused points to the next month, or do they expire?

Points that are not used within a single month will be transferred to the next month, i.e. you can collect and use points in the next 180 days.

  • How can I track the status of collected points?

You can monitor the status of collected points exclusively through the application, in the "Profile" section.

  • How do I find out which gifts are current in the Program?

You can see the list of current gifts on the application, in the "Store" section.

  • Will the list of current rewards change on a monthly or yearly basis?

The list of rewards you can win will be valid for one quarter period (three months).

  • When will the points be visible in the Program?

After each registered sale, the balance of your points will be visible on your Profile.

  • When can I start ordering gifts from the LG Master Club store?

You can order the gift/s when you have earned enough points from the sales you have registered.

  • In what period of time can I expect the ordered gift to arrive?

The gift you ordered will arrive at your workplace within 7-14 days.

  • Who can I contact if I need any suggestions or help regarding the Program?

The products are delivered to your workplace via courier service, to the sales facility you selected during the registration process. When picking up a gift, it is necessary to show a valid personal document for identification.

  • Can I change my location?

Of course, on your profile, find "Settings" and change the location.

  • Can I return the ordered product?

No, once you have ordered a product, you cannot return it. If the product has been damaged during transport, contact Customer Service.

No, to register a sale you must enter the correct serial number of the device.

  • Do previous sales count?

No, only sales from the day your profile was created are counted.

  • Can I register a sale without a fiscal receipt?

No, you need to take a photo of the receipt through the application, and the system will check the correctness of the fiscal receipt and approve the further process of the sales application.

  • Can a store manager register a sale?

No, the store manager cannot register the goods, but he/she can use the collected points from his/her team's sales to order one of the products from the LG Master Club store.
